BURLINGTON, NC -- Burlington Police are looking for a missing/runaway 13-year-old juvenile. Deysi Ireri Pantaleon Orozco, or “Daisy” was last seen at her residence on Anthony St at 6:40 AM on July 28, 2008. Daisy was last seen wearing white Capri pants and an unknown colored shirt. She is described as 5’3” and 100 lbs, brown hair and brown eyes.

Daisy may be in the company of her boyfriend, Carlos Roberto Candedario, H/M, 21-35 years of age. He may be operating a dark blue vehicle and headed to an unknown destination.

August 13, 2008

Burlington Police arrested Roberto Carlos Candelario, H/M/25, of 926 Fix St., Burlington. Candelario was charged with 1st Degree Statutory Rape and Abduction of a Child. He is being held in the Alamance County jail under a $100,000 bond.  Police arrested Candelario after receiving an anonymous tip of his location. He was arrested without incident.

Orozco was located on August 11^th at her residence, however Candelario was unable to be located until yesterday’s arrest.
