Arrest Made - Domino’s Pizza Driver Robbery Print

Burlington, NC - Burlington Police located and arrested one of two suspects in the Robbery of a Domino’s Pizza driver that occurred on July 16, 2008.

Robert Earl Riddle, III was arrested on July 24, 2008 at approximately 3:00 PM at Terrace Apartment, 626 N. Church St., Burlington.  “Information was received from an unknown caller that Riddle was at Terrace Apartments.  Cpl. Annie Boone and Ptl. Justin Wood were at the Beverly Hills Substation across the street, and were able to locate the suspect on foot, but eluded the officers for a short time. Additional officers responded to the scene and were able to locate Riddle in an apartment,” said Assistant Chief Seel.

Bond was set at $30,000.

Burlington Police continue to look for the second suspect, Jimmy Lee Daye. Anyone with information regarding his location should call Crimestoppers, at 229-7100
