Burlington, NC - On Thursday, June 26, 2008 The Burlington Police Department will coordinate and implement a PSN Call Out at Robinson Park in response to the Allante Murray Homicide. Community leaders, members of the Burlington Police Department, as well as officers from across the Piedmont area will saturate nearby neighborhoods to generate leads in this ongoing homicide investigation. CBC (Connecting Burlington Communities) tip cards will be disseminated in an effort to uncover existing problems and search out solutions to other community concerns.

The call out will begin promptly at 5:00PM and end at 7:00PM.

PSN (Project Safe Neighborhood) is a federally funded program designed to reduce gun violence as well as offer alternatives to criminal and violent activities. Additional information regarding PSN can be found at www.PSN.gov.
