Alamance County, NC -  Faucette Fire Department received infomation of 3 stranded canoeist that were stranded along the Haw River. Alamance County Rescue Dive Team and Swift Water Rescue were dispatched to the area.

It appears that 2 of the canoeist made it out of the water and back home safe.  

Haw River Fire Department unit 424 located the 19-year-old male subject and lead the rescue boat to his location.   

Rescue Boat 1 reached the subject at 11:38 pm, then exited the river off Boundry Street in Haw River.
