At 6 a.m. Friday 4/25/2008, Alamance County Sheriff's Investigators executed a search warrant at 3041 and 3043 Sydney Albright Road.

The Investigators found powder and crack cocaine with a street value of $40,000, three firearms, a small amount of marijuana, 96 doses of an illegal drug, 3.75 gallons of non-taxed liquor, drug paraphernalia, more than $15,000 in cash, and a tractor preliminarily indicated as stolen from Wake County,

David Leavin Tinnin, 51, of 3043 Sydney Albright Road, was charged with two counts of trafficking cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, maintaining a dwelling for sale of drugs, manufacturing cocaine, possession of schedule IV drugs, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of non-tax paid liquor.Tinnin was placed in Alamance County jail under $100,000 bond.

Tammie Kerns Lloyd, 36, of the same address, was charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
