Burlington NC - An off duty police officer noticed a male subject trying to break into a business so he called the police department with the description of the vehicle and tag number of the car. The off duty officer followed the suspect and keep dispatchers advised of his position. A patrol car got in behind the car as dispatchers advised the car was coming back as stolen from Raleigh.
