Burlington, NC - Traffic along interstate I-85/I-40 was backed up for several miles in the south bound lanes due to an automobile accident.

 

 

Burlington Police, Burlington Fire, Alamance County EMS, Alamance County Rescue, NCDOT, & The North Carolina Highway Patrol all worked to get the accident clear of the road. Three Burlington Police Officers blocked the south bound on ramp
