Alamance County Emergency Management is the department set up to assist the citizens of Alamance County in awareness of, preperation for, survival of, and recovery from disasters, both natural (hurricanes, tornadoes, etc) and man-made (plane crashes, nuclear meltdowns).  Emergency Management is located at 124 W. Elm Street in Graham, NC in the Alamance County Courthouse Annex, in the basement.  Their office may be contacted by calling (336) 227-1365, and asking for Emergency Management or the Fire Marshal.
