At the time of call the lady was not giving the manager any problems. As police arrived the female jumped into her car and left the store. Graham Officer turned on his lights and sirens to try to get the female who was driving a convertible Crysler Lebaron to pull over. The female refused to stop for blue lights and sirens. Other Graham officers got into position and deployed stop sticks. the female drove over the stop sticks flattening one front tire. The driver continued to try to elude the officers behind her.
